6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat all non-public business, technical, or financial information shared during the engagement as confidential. This obligation shall survive the termination of the engagement for a period of five (5) years.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premier Media Consulting Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of our services or website.
Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement:
- For convenience, with 14 days' written notice.
- For cause, if the other party materially breaches any term and fails to remedy such breach within 7 days of receiving written notice.
Upon termination, any outstanding fees shall become immediately payable.
9. Website Use
You may not misuse our website or use it in any way that could impair its availability or functionality. You must not use our website to transmit or distribute any harmful, unlawful, or infringing content.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the site if we suspect misuse.
